Return / Refund Policy
Please refer to the following criteria as a guideline for our returns / exchange policy:
General
- Returns made within 3 days from receiving your order will be refunded in your original form of payment.
- Include our Return Form and the Return Item(s) in its original condition.
- Item(s) must no be damaged.
- Item(s) must be in new / original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
- All products must be returned in their original packing including undamaged boxes.
- We are unable to accept returns without boxes or with scratched and dirty shoes.
- Orders must be shipped out within 3 days from receiving your case number.
- Exceptions and other conditions will be noted within the item description.
- Evaluation process may take up to 21 days from receipt.
- Sale item(s) are not eligible for return / exchange.
- Upon disputer, Eayware reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
*P.S. :Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items.
Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by Easyware.
Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
Once we receive your package, we will evaluate the products before proceeding with exchanging or refunding your order in store credits.

Shipping Policy
Courier Company
We use POSLAJU as our courier company to ensure all parcels arrive on time. Tracking number will be provided the next day we processed your order together with a tracking link. Customers are not allowed to pick which courier company to be used.
How Many Days To Receive Your Order Item(S)?
It take 1-3 working days to produce your order item(s) and shipping will take 1-3 working days depending on your location. During the holiday season or special promotion period, order processing and/or shipping may be extended.

Please note :
Any product shipped back to Easyware Online as a "Return To Sender" due to failure to receive the item, or due to an invalid/incorrect shipping address, will be subject to a RM10 (West Malaysia) and RM15 (East Malaysia) "Return To Sender" fee to cover, in part, our costs to resend the item.
